Peter Baldwin was previously a Vice President at AlixPartners where he was primarily focused on bankruptcies and operational turnarounds of troubled companies.
Prior to AlixPartners, Mr. Baldwin was a Director in UBS's Restructuring, Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group, with postings in New York and Los Angeles, as well as serving as a Director in UBS's European Restructuring team based in London. Mr. Baldwin focused on the restructuring of distressed securities through out-of-court negotiations and in-court bankruptcy proceedings, as well as the new issuance of bank loans and high yield bonds.
Mr. Baldwin began his career executing operational turnarounds for two private nonprofit international development organizations in Washington, DC and Alexandria, VA.
Mr. Baldwin holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA from the College of Literature, Science & the Arts at the University of Michigan.
